This Privacy Policy describes how Grey Gables (legal entity pending confirmation) (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information through its Grey Gables Flower Texts text message program. Farmers Friend is the technology platform used to operate the program.

When you sign up at rowminder.com/farms/grey-gables/sms-opt-in, we collect your name, mobile number, and optionally your email address, along with the time of sign-up, the exact consent wording you saw, and basic technical data (IP address and browser type) for security and compliance.

We use your mobile number to send the texts you agreed to: bouquet CSA pickup reminders, U-pick openings and bloom updates, farmers market schedules, and seasonal promotions and special offers. Some messages are marketing or promotional. If you give an email address, we use it only to contact you about your sign-up unless you separately opt in to email updates.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

We share data only as needed to run the service: Twilio (text message delivery), Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting). We do not sell or rent personal information.

Data is stored and processed in the United States. Consent records are retained for compliance and audit purposes as required by law. Other records are kept while your account or subscription is active, or until you ask us to delete them, subject to legal exceptions.
