Agreement

By signing up for Farmers Friend Updates or using Farmers Friend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not sign up.

Service Description

Farmers Friend is a farm operations service for small flower farms. It includes a field journal that stores recordings and transcripts, extracts observations and proposed tasks for the farm to review, and tools for farms to communicate with their customers. Proposed tasks are suggestions; the farm decides what to accept. Farmers Friend does not make purchases or send messages on a farm’s behalf without the farm’s action.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation text, after which no further messages are sent unless you sign up again at rowminder.com/sms-opt-in.

Limitation of Liability

Farmers Friend (legal entity pending confirmation) is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carriers or technical issues. Bloom, pickup, and market information is provided in good faith and may change with weather and crop conditions.

Changes

Farmers Friend (legal entity pending confirmation) may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
